Shalini Gupta

Shalini Gupta is a multi-award-winning internal communications leader with over 20 years' experience advising organisations through change, transformation and business growth. Having worked across the UK, India and the UAE, she brings experience spanning multiple sectors. Shalini is an IoIC Fellow and Board Director, Board Advisor to the Asian Communications Network, and recipient of the 2025 Internal Communications Leader of the Year award, recognised in the 40 over 40 Women in PR Power list and ranked among the 2025 Top 3 British Asian Professionals of the Year.
