THREESIXTY

In a year of economic uncertainty and broadly flat agency growth, THREESIXTY delivered the strongest performance in its near-decade history, demonstrating that a modern corporate consultancy model can outperform the market. In 2025, the agency achieved significant topline revenue growth (37%) across its corporate communications portfolio, driven by new retained client wins and rapid expansion of existing relationships. Crucially, THREESIXTY didn’t lose a single client in 2025. Reflecting this momentum, the consultancy climbed nine places in PRWeek’s Top 150 and entered the Top 20 corporate agencies league table for the first time.

Growth was underpinned by six high-profile new retained clients, alongside major project briefs for existing clients. THREESIXTY’s client roster features some of the UK’s most visible and reputation-sensitive organisations, including Wizz Air, Debenhams Group, Edgewell (which owns brands such as Wilkinson Sword and Bulldog), Red Bull Racing, Samsung and Arsenal, with the majority engaged on a retained basis.

THREESIXTY’s success is driven by its modern consultancy model, combining a 360-degree view of reputation, senior hands-on delivery and a fast, proactive mindset. This approach is underpinned by investments made in innovation such as HAL360 - the agency’s AI-powered reputation intelligence platform - which enables clients/boards to make faster, insight-led decisions and to more robustly measure their communications.

Backed by a strengthened leadership team, benefits that reflect a modern approach to work and a high-performance culture, 2025 represents a defining year for THREESIXTY and a compelling case for Corporate Consultancy of the Year.
