Stallergenes Challenge
CLAI SEC Newgate France
Client: Stallergenes Greer
Operating across multiple continents, with distinct business realities, the Group faced the challenge of strengthening employee engagement while fostering a sense of identity and belonging. The anniversary provided an opportunity to reconnect employees around the Group’s culture, scientific expertise, and long-term ambition.
Designed and delivered by CLAI SEC Newgate France in collaboration with Stallergenes Greer’s team and its partner Drimify, the campaign was built entirely from scratch. The Challenge offered a month-long, interactive digital experience structured around four themes: the Group, allergens and their production, available treatments, and research and innovation. Particular attention was paid to accessibility, ensuring the format could be used by all internal audiences, from production staff to office-based teams and senior leaders.
The campaign combined a playful tone with a strong corporate foundation, translating complex scientific topics into accessible content across nine languages while respecting cultural nuances. Robust operational coordination, legal oversight, and structured prize management ensured seamless execution across countries.
By transforming a game into a structured collective experience, the Stallergenes Greer Challenge elevated internal communication from information sharing to cultural transformation. It demonstrated how experiential communication can align people, purpose, and expertise across a complex global organisation, delivering measurable engagement and reinforcing a sense of belonging.
