The Bupa Global, India and UK (BGIUK) Corporate Affairs team is a compact, diverse, dynamic team of 14 lead by Sangeeta Suthar, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. It comprises an External Relations team of nine, a Government Affairs team of three and held together by an energetic PA. Together we manage Bupa’s reputation in the UK and a portfolio of six operating companies, delivering on our strategy to promote and protect Bupa's reputation through strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement and market leadership.

Over 2025 the team achieved unrivalled market engagement in both the media and government space. This included widespread national media coverage on first-to-market investments in the healthcare landscape generating 1,500 positive pieces of coverage, as well as an integrated multi-pronged government engagement programme which lead to Bupa being named as a Vanguard in Sir Charlie Mayfield's Keep Britain Working review.
