I lead Internal Communications and Engagement for The Walt Disney Company across EMEA, overseeing executive communications for the President of EMEA and the UK & Ireland Country Manager, employee engagement, internal channels and regional communications strategy. Working closely with communications leads across EMEA and partnering with senior leaders, People & Culture teams and colleagues across the business, I help drive engagement, strengthen understanding of business priorities and support organisational change. I lead a high-performing regional team and provide strategic counsel on executive communications, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
