Anna Epps

Anna started her communications career at BT leading communications for the Technology division - a squiggly career move from her transformation background. After a whirlwind 8 years of experience in internal and external communications she moved to Rolls-Royce to lead their Internal Communications team. Now on the cusp of her next chapter, supporting leaders and teams to improve their resilience, she maintains a passion for internal communications and the transformational power it can have.
